Currency
All prices quoted by our sales team are in US Dollars (USD). For your information, price will fluctuate with market conditions and currency exchange rates.
Delivery Instructions
For stocked items, Kete can arrange the shipment within 48 hours after order confirmation. For products without stock, we usually ship within 12-15 working days after deposit received.
If a customer requires delivery sooner than 15 working days, please clearly state your required delivery date to our sales team. We will either accommodate your request or contact you to offer options such as express shipping. If we cannot meet your requirement, we will notify you and ask if you would like to cancel the order.
Damaged Shipments
If a shipment appears damaged, it should be noted by the carrier on the carriers receipt. Inspect material immediately upon receiving before you sign for acceptance. Claims for concealed damage on shipments must be filed with the carrier. Please keep all packing materials, cartons, and/or pictures of the damaged shipment for your claim.
Minimum Order Amount
For our customers' convenience, Kete Plastics only requires a minimum order amount of $50.00 for customers in China. All other customers outside China shall be required a Minimum Order of $300.00 (USD).
Transportation Policy
We can ship the products both by air and by sea. It is suggested to proceed with CNF or CIF term because we have long-term cooperated forwarder who can provide better services and cheaper shipping costs.
Small Order Fee
For international orders, if the amount is below 1000.00USD, a Small Order Fee 25USD will be charged.
Returns& Cancellations
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization in the form of an "RMA" number obtained by calling our sales office. Any claims for shortage or breakage for any reason, must be made within 3 days from date of receipt. No specially-made, custom fabricated, non-"cataloged", special-ordered, or cut-to-size item may be returned. If the product has been altered by the customer in any way, it may not be returned. Cancellations must be made in writing via confirmed e-mail within 4 hours of order placement. A 25% Order Cancellation Fee may be charged. If Kete Plastics has already started any action associated with the order, Kete Plastics reserves the right to charge the customer for the full amount of the order.
