Description:
Durostone sheet cas761 material is made from ESD anti-static black epoxy composite material and reinforced fiberglass.
It is specially designed to meet different needs in the PCB assembly process including wave soldering and reflow soldering.
The density is 1.85g/cm3 and the flatness tolerance is ±0.15mm. It's alternative Durostone, but with good quality and cheap price. And we are a professional manufacturer and supplier of Durostone in China. 

Overview:
1, Durostone sheet cas761 uses a high performance glass-filler for improved machinability and finishing enabling you to deliver a cost effective product to your customer with no compromise in performance at point-of-use.

2, The antistatic grade, it’s recommended for applications where static-sensitive components are processed and is BLACK in color.
3, There are three main grades, Durostone CAS761, CHP760 & CAG762.
CAS 761 is the black ESD antistatic one and the most frequently used one. 
CHP 760 is the blue standard one which is not antistatic. 
CAG 762 is the grey ESD antistatic one and the optically sensitive one, which is suitable for infrared and optical sensors.

Properties of Durostone sheet cas761:

1. High temperature resisting：
    Continuous Working Temperature 260°C
    Instantaneous Working Temperature 300°C for 10s-20s

2. Low thermal conductivity
   The low thermal conductivity of the materials prevents heat sinking from the PCB, ensuring adequate reflow of the solder paste.
   The low thermal conductivity ensures optimal thermal distribution across the work area. The base resin used to produce durostone provides resistance to the chemicals used in fluxes and also prevents solder pick-up.

3. Dimensionally stable
    Durostone materials are glass fibre composites specifically designed to meet the various challenges of the high glass transition temperature
    All materials are dimensionally stable and retain their flatness through repeated cycling in the PCB assembly process

4. Excellent mechanical properties
    Durostone is a heavy-duty glass fibre reinforced (FRP) plastic which is made from carbon fibre felt and high performance epoxy resin.
    So durostone is suitable for used as carriers in solder paste printing, SMT placement, IR-reflow, and conformal coating operations.
