Product Description:
Bakelite Phenolic cotton cloth laminated sheet is made of cotton cloth impregnated phenolic resin by processing under heat and pressure.
The heat resistance class is E class. It have high mechanical performance, oil resistance and certain dielectric properties. It is suitable for insulating structural parts in machinery, motors and electrical equipment, and can be used in transformer oil.
Technical requirements:
The surface should be flat and smooth, no impurities and other defect. The cutting edge should be neat, and the surface must be free of delamination and cracks.
Cotton based grades have greater mechanical strength than paper based grades.
